I don't think there is conscious ehsaas yet. It's more of a natural reaction and I am sure he wouldn't remember any of it once he reaches home. He would only find ways to scream at Ishita. The ehsaas needs a little more push. He needs to realize with a calm mind not when he is agitated for that is soon forgotten.

The precap I think it's just to show Ashok gives a damn about Shagun's safety while Raman being her enemy still cares for her. CVs are just trying to show the difference between Ashok and Raman is my guess. Don't disappoint me by showing too much of Raman-Shagun CVs!! 😆
