Just watching yesterdays episode again and at the start where raman is trying to get ishitas attention it shows a scene where ishita tries to give simmi her baby but the baby doesnt seem to want to leave ishita (who can blame her?) So here ishita is personifying motherhood and CVs think, hmm ishita and baby looks great and then ping..= pregnancy track?
