I think Raman should stop letting Ashok's doing make an impact on his decisions! It's kind of becoming ridiculous.. that for his one son, he's forgetting his daughter. If Raman started to become indifferent to all of Ashok and Shagun's doings, he will become a stronger human being, let alone a better father and a husband.
Just my take on this...

I totally agree. I think even with Raman's success, he's still very vulnerable when it comes to those two... and understandably so. that's why they can manipulate him so easily He's constantly reminded of his past and still feels inferior to Ashok and lets his emotions get the better of him everytime he encounters them.
I think it'll take time/help from ishita for him to face his past and really move on.

@bold - that pretty much sums it up.

Ishita said that to him, but he didn't listen to her - let's hope your words reach him.

P.s. I am a Canadian Kudi too.

The full conversation of the precap will clear it whether he is understanding his fault fully or not. In precap, he dint mention about Ishita where he should have. Let's see what the episode unfolds.

I agree .. Every single major decision of Raman is directly or indirectly dominated by the need and desperation to have an upper hand over Ashok and the other supreme reason is his love for Adi ... Which overshadows his rational thinking self !!!

I agree. He is being manipulated. Doesn't Raman have a brain? He knows what Aditya asked for was ridiculous. Even if he doesn't want to believe his son is arrogant and rude, can't he at least think whatever is happening might be Ashok and Shagun's doing?
