For Mihir's Defence : Mihir wanted Mihika to understand that he is JUST going to meet the girl, Mihir is and will forever be the only girl He wanted Mihika to understand that RAMAN is everything for Mihir, and Mihir would never go against him, just like Mihika would never go against her Akka I.e ISHITA. BUT Mihika didn't and Mihir got to the conclusion that Mihika is not the right girl for him and thus went to meet Trisha.

About Mihika : He is Confused, She says that Mihir doesn't affect her , She is happy without him but on the other hand She feels jealous about Trisha. She takes Mihir wrong always, how can you even think that a person who loves you and whom you love a lot would make a MMS to disrespect you? Mihika has literally no trust in Mihir. The person she loves but blindly she is trusting Romi who has bad eyes on her.
