All these roller-coaster feelings and emotions that will come as part as Adi's demands, will make Raman think real hard on what he really wants? And where Ishita stands in his life...

And let's not forget about Ruhi, the original cupid... She stands guard on her Ishima and will never let anyone- that includes her father and Adi, to foil her attempts to getting Raman and Ishu together...
