No. Shagun's actions cannot be justified. She left her in-laws, her family FOR money, not BECAUSE they did something. As for Toshi jii. Toshi jii, i reckon hasnt obviously been this way. Initially, when Shagun was her daughter-in-law she had no reason to be this proud, nosy, self-boosting, self-obsessed lady. They were middle-class people. Raman had nothing to be high and mighty proud of except for his hardwork and dedication, and... loyalty ofcourse. It is only after Raman became a CEO, financially well-stabled to match up to Ashok, that they have gotten this, if i may say.. "ghamand" in themselves. Otherwise, before that, they were a pretty middle-class down to earth family :)
