This makes sense. The judge, as we saw in the first hearing, is pretty perceptive. Typically a judge, in custody cases, will talk to the child in their private chambers before making a decision because making a statement on the stand is pretty scary for a child anyway.

In addition, in this case I would have expected the judge to talk to Ishita given that she specially asked her to attend the hearing. If that happens I don't think Ishita would hesitate to mention that ShaShok are planning to send Ruhi to a hostel

Of course since this is a serial I doubt if it will be completely simple - I wonder if a final final decision will be made today - but we can hope.

The by-product or the added bonus of the judge figuring out that Ashok pressurized Ruhi is that Ishita will start to question her belief that Raman may have beat up Aditya and that Ashok may have pressurised Aditya as well. This would be great news for IshRra and would go a great way toward beginning the healing for Raman since he seems to have shut down after the Aditya custody being taken away from him and him being depicted as a bad father. Most of Raman's "attitude/anger" seems to be coming from and triggered by him feeling helpless in a situation
