Ok guys, finally caught up on the episode today and I think it's very clear that the moment Ashok took Ruhi to the bathroom, Ashok must have threatened Ruhi to choose "Shagun mommy".

Another thought struck me - it was Romi who returned Ruhi to Ashok/Shagun, and he may have done something to creep her out.

Otherwise, Ashok may have threatened Ruhi that something bad would happen to both Ishita & her dad Raman.

I doubt that would've happen romi won't do that he is only vamp in mihir and mihikas life
