I am sure the scenario is that Ashok has threatened her into changing her decision in the court but its silly that the Family Court Judge can't see that a six year old child is clearly perturbed. The child who said she wants to be with Ishita in the court only two weeks back has changed her decision. Its sad because lot of wrong verdicts come out of the courts because the Judges want to wrap up the cases!
