Ruhi has chosen shagun may be due to fear but judge(court) has not yet announced the verdict.
I think case is just started and at the end ishra will win this case.judge will give decision in favour of Raman.Promo is abt ruhi choosing shagun.its not decision of court.
I feel... judge last time said to Raman she had seen love in ruhi's eyes for ishita when she said she wants to stay with ishita.so I m sure this time judge must hv noticed sadness and fear when ruhi said she want to stay with shagun.
