the mole is not real...i hv seen ruhanika earlier in a zee show and in some ads too...she doesn't hv any mole over there..
u cn observe it too...sometimes they mark d mole too close to the upper lip and sometimes in the extreme right above the upper lip...
but i love her...she is damn cute...and her chemistry with her papa a.k.a kara patel is sooo good...loved that dulha uncle scene between raman and ishita where she comes to know that the man that ishita is gonna marry is her own father...it was soo beautiful...❤️
