Zee TV and Rajshri Productions' Yahan Main Ghar Ghar Kheli is as of now playing on an intrigue track wherein Jagmohan (Shishir Sharma) is on a lookout for a certain guy named Ranchod Tiwary.
As per the ongoing episodes, it has been revealed that there is some connection between Jagmohan, Ranchod and Pratibha (Zarina Wahab). There has also been a mention about a certain Case Number 777, which has gotten Jagmohan terrorized. He has requested Karan (Karan Grover) and Aabha (Suhasi Dhami) to go to Mumbai and search for this Ranchod Tiwary and get him to Swarn Bhavan. A certain pandit has also predicted that the entire family will soon face major trouble because of the Number 7.
With so much of a suspense created over the character of Ranchod Tiwary, we hear that the channel and production house are looking out for some big names to play this meaty role.
We also hear that Ronit Roy, Sameer Dharmadhikari and Sameer Soni have apparently been approached to play the role of Ranchod Tiwary.
Our source states, "Nothing much has been scripted about how the story will go ahead. However, the team is now busy in finalizing the actor to play the very important role. All we know as of now about this character is that he will play a crucial role, of that of a saviour for the entire family, and the threat that looms large on them is a certain case 777 that is all set to destroy their reputation. It is not even clear as to whether Ranchod will be a positive character or will have grey shades to portray".
"Ronit Roy, Sameer Dharmadhikari and Sameer Soni are few of the big names who have been approached for the role. But the final call has not been taken as of now", adds our source.
When contacted, Sameer Soni refused the news and said, "I have not even been approached for the show you are mentioning. Yes, I would love to get back on television with something nice. But as of now, I am busy with my wedding arrangements".
Sameer Dharmadhikari confirmed that talks are on for such a role, "Yes, I was called for a channel meeting yesterday. I only know that there is a certain character by name Ranchod Tiwary for which they are casting. But I do not know anything more on the character, and nothing is finalized as of now".
We sent a text message to Ronit Roy on the same, but we got no reply from him..
Producer Kavita Barjatya said, "We have approached many actors and many are showing interest. But we have not finalized on the new casting yet. Work is going on storywise".
