Daiima turns and sees Lata standing behind her and realized that Lata is holding a phone in her hand. Lata smiles saying 'Daiima, i have always suspected you and your bad intentions but i had no prove and Raj ji thinks of you as his mother. He would believe me even if i told him. But i now have the evidence against you, what you said have been recorded. Should i show Raj ji?' Daiima is scared and says give me the phone bahu! Lata says no, even now i respect you for your age and from today its going to be a battle between me and you. In 10 days time, i will bring back maa to this house and you were talking to someone over the phone right? I will also find out who it is. Daiima says wah bahu, you are challenging me? Lets see who wins, get you bags ready to leave the house and Lata smiles saying we shall see about that and Lata leaves and Daiima thinks to herself that she needs to delete the evidence against her. At Swarn Bhavan, everyone is worried and looking for Asmi and Karan suggest that they should make a police report. Sanskar gets scared but remains calm and Abha says please Sanskar, return Asmi back to us. Sanskar says before that, you need to sign these documents first. Abha has no other choice and she closes her eyes and says i am very sorry everyone and signs the document while Sanskar smiles. Abha says now that i have signed, faster return Asmi back to us and leaves. Sanskar calls to someone saying i have got the signature, so what do i have to do next? Sanskar listens and looks worried. Sanskar then calls to the person who is keeping Asmi hostage to release her and Asmi returns. Everyone is happy to see Asmi back and Shelly cries while Abha consoles her. Karan starts wondering that this is so strange that Asmi went missing and returned ownself.
Karan says to Abha that something very wrong is going around them and Abha looks at Karan worried. The next day morning, Raj asks Lata how is she today and Lata says she is fine and Raj asks Lata to take good care of her and her child and baby bump is starting to be visible and Raj goes near to Lata's tummy and says baby, papa can't wait for you to come on and be in my arms. Don't make me wait too long and Lata smiles feeling shy. Raj then goes and opens the newspaper and starts reading and is shocked to see the newspaper and calls Lata! Lata, come here and see! Swarn Bhavan is being put up for sale? Lata says i didn't know anything about this Raj ji, let me call Abha and ask and Raj says no, i will go directly to Swarn Bhavan and you stay back and Raj leaves to Swarn Bhavan. At Swarn Bhavan, all are happy and Raj entering and everyone welcomes Raj. Raj says have you all seen the newspaper? What happened till you had to sell Swarn Bhavan? Jagmohan says what? Sell Swarn Bhavan? Raj says yes, didn't you see the newspaper? Jagmohan and Vimal rushes and sees the newspaper and gets shocked. Jagmohan says whattt?? How is this possible? Karan rushes asking what happened papa? Abha is standing feeling sad and helpless and Karan says how can Swarn Bhavan go up for sale without Abha's signature? Isn't it Abha. Something is wrong papa. Abha speaks up saying 'No Karan... That news is true. I have signed the documents to sell Swarn Bhavan'. Everyone is shocked and Karan says what? Why Abha? Why? Abha looks at Saniya and Saniya starts crying too. Saniya says its all because of us.
At Raj's house, Daiima gets a phone call and she says wait for me at the back of the house and Lata sees this and follows daiima behind and hides and sees Daiima meeting and talking to a lady whom her face is covered with a scarf. Daiima says 'The Lata had started suspecting me and she even took a video of me talking to you. We need to act fast' and the lady says says don't worry, we are getting close and the good news is we will not only have the Singhania's properties but also the Swarn Bhavan. Daiima starts laughing saying yes, together we shall have the properties of the Singhania's, Thakur's and the Prasad's Swarn Bhavan. Lata is shocked and wondering if Daiima also could be behind the sale of Swarn Bhavan? Lata then sees a guy approaching Daiima and the lady in scarf and says 'Wah, both of you are already planning everything and that too without me?'. Daiima says how can we leave you out in all this? After all you are my son in law. Lata tries hard to see the face but she coudn't and the guy says alright, i have to go to somewhere important now and Daiima, go and make some sweets for us to celebrate this happy occasion and all of the laugh and Lata think to herself that Daiima is not alone in doing everything and she needs to stop Daiima at any cost and leaves.
Precap : Karan is holding Abha and asks why Abha? Why? Why is it that you didn't even tell me? Thakur enters saying i will explain Karan!
