@Shobhi, i believe that a Cool Viewbie is a Coolbie (who provides written update) who is promoted is known as a Cool Viewbie where a Viewbie looks after the forum, promotes active/healthy discussions and has moderating powers to close, delete, sticky topics, increase Warning Level of members (if the member violates I-F COC).
