Yasho was Karan's Masi who wanted to get all the wealth of SB. Karan and Abha found out about her and were trying their best to make sure that Yasho does not succeed in any of her plans. Along they way Yasho decides to kill Karan and she think she has succeeded although he is still alive. Abha does not know here Karan is and doesn't now what to do. It is then she comes across Karan's look alike Sid. Abha asks him to pretend to be Karan and he does so. Abha then goes back to Mumbai(where Karan had got lost) and tries to find him but is unable to so she goes back home. Sid on the other hand gets hurt and lands himself in a hospital and it is there he meets Karan and sees him die. Karan tells him his last wish and Sid goes back to Ujjain to tell Abha but when he reaches SB he sees that the family is celebrating Karan's birthday and Abha is pregnant so he decides to act like Karan. Now everyone has found out that Karan is dead and Sid who is acting to be Karan is none other then Karan's twin brother who Jagmohan had given to a man named Tiwari at birth. But the twist is Karan is still alive. After Sid left the hospital th doctors were able to revive Karan. Hope that helps.
