How come the doctor dont know?

I was wondering how the doctor dont know the name of the patient???because when she got him from the hospital am sure they gave her all his files with details and the doctors knew his name...if not the nurse woudn't call to his house to say that karan jagmohan is in that hospital...i wonder if sometime the cv thing the viewers are fool...

This is indeed a ver big blooper...Abha has been all over the hospital after that call. Also, SID has met KAran and they had shown that Karan survived.....how can sid not know about it....anyways, even if he thinks Karan is dead, he did not even bother to do his last rites...am sure he must have met the doctors there and told that he is Karan Jagmohan( even if we forget the nurse calling episode).

this is totally maddening..........CVs ya to paagal khane se aaein hain ya humme bhejna chahte hain..........total useless serial...mujhe lagta hai CVs ko jo raat mein dream aata hai aur woh storyline badal dete hain...
