I'm also really confused how can Karan lying on the hospital bed calling for Aabha in broken words just get well in around 24 hours and is back also.

If ever not Karan will he hugs Aabha so well without hesitating.

Karan did not show lot of happiness when Aabha annouced about her being preggy.

Is he really Karan or Ranchod after thinking of loosing the money Aabha used to give him he returns as Karan mean he will be negative also.

please enlighten the post with your ideas and point of views.

I dont think that even if he is Sid, he is back for money. Because when Abha offered money to him while returning to Ujjain, he denied to accept it , saying that he has learnt a lot from her.
I guess he just came to help Abha assuming that Karan has died. He might start loving Abha and can turn negative when Karan comes back.
