a few possibilities to happen:

- karan will loose his memory

- maasi will try to kill karan again

- ranchod's mystrey will be known to sid

- people will blame abha for living with a stanger

i don't think karan lost his memory, because when Abha press the alarm on the watch if you read Karan lips the both time they showed us he said Abha.
