I am sorry I am not really following this show that much anymore, why did karan mother was hiding all the while? What did karan's uncle do? Who was the kid that died, that they show in flashbacks?

hey..

karan mother was not hiding..she was in the prison all this while in singapore...then when she was released she taught that it will be embarrassing for her family members if they know that she was in the prison...she was in the prison because ranjit (karan's uncle) son was killed by accident..ranjit was killing karan but the son came in between and he was killed but ranjit called the police and put the blame on karan..so to protect karan, the mother took the blame..

ranjit plan was to take all the money of karan's dad so he made up a whole new story stating that karan's mother was planning to kill karan as she was having an affair with someone else..so everyone in the family was very angry at the mother hence, the mother did not dare to come in front all the family members..
