During the celebrations to mark 100 years of Swarn Bhavan, Yashodhar orders everyone to stop the festivities.
Yashodhar then informs everyone that Uday Pratap had taken a loan from him. He says that since Uday Pratap could not return the money, he plans to auction Swarn Bhavan.
After hearing this, all the guests start leaving Swarn Bhavan. A shocked Uday Pratap requests the guests to attend Vikam and Swarn Abha's engagement ceremony but is unsuccessful in stopping them.
The Thakur family is in for another shock when Vikram's mother announces that Vikram will not get engaged to Swarn Abha.

its morning and abha comes to her dad and says to him lets have breakfast! she is shocked when she sees her dad crying!
abha's dad says he is ashamed that he couldn't do much for his kids
abha gives courage to her dad that and says we still have 15 days to save our swarn bhavan and we will save it!

abha's mom has listened to everything and she has tears in her eyes!
abha and her dad are at a lawyer office! the lawyer says there is only one thing that can be done but its very difficult (its not further said what actually is difficult)
samarjeet is packing his bags he says to lata to pack her bags also!
but lata says she can't leave her parents in this situation!
samarjeet gets angry at lata and says to her you stay with her parents and that he will leave!
the whole family sees it!
