ha ha ha Summer bhai, do you really want to know who likes his voice? Okay its me.😆 I think he sang well and did justice to most of the songs. I agree though the Sony tv definitely favoured him and brought him that far!

SLB can't go to finale with all three groups. Please be prepared to lose at least two. Seema will be there for sure.

I agree that he seemed to be like a nice man and maybe Sony's initial reasons for bringing him aboard was to show the audience that look we have an elderly man sho can sing too. It was a nice gesture, but what went wrong was that they went overboard keeping him week after week while other better contestants were lost along with the audience that thought this was a great show.

Finally when he was eliminated yesterday, I felt bad for him mainiy because even he knew that there was really no faceoff as Deewana was way up higher than him. Also, when Adi asked the judges about the bottom 2, Sonu and SLB were more vocal and rightfully so about Kartar as a singer (like they were shocked to see Deewana in bottom but not Kartar). For him to be in this position in the first place was wrong. By keeping him this long over other good singers, Sony had triggered some negativity for him. What people thought was a wow factor when he first came was turned into "what is he still doing here" by the time he left.

I recall back in one of DID seasons, they had a contestant from Gujarat who could not walk but yet danced using his arms as legs and very amazingly too. The judges had given him standing ovation and kindly told him that he was way above their judging but they did not take him in the competition because it may not be fair to him. Later on they even invited him for an episode and seated him with the head judge (Mithun) and gave him some trophy and a lot of respect. I think that was a very dignified way of handling him.

The (deserving) elimination of Kartar proves that the format of the show works. There is no proof that Sony was involved in keeping Kartar "week after week". This kind of diatribe can come only from a closet Kartar fan who is outrageous at Kartar's elimination.
