Groups vs. Individuals?

I don't understand how groups can compete against an individual😕 For starters, a group has many advantages, such as the individuals in a group can multitask, for instance, one can do the beat, while the other can sing a falsetto, while someone does something else whereas a single person cannot do all that at the same time. So, there is straight up bias there. So, how is it a standard of comparison?😕

Both group and solo have their advantages and disadvantages. That's why I really thought that they should have done the dividing at random. Each judge gets groups, 25+, and 25>.

Yes that would be fairer, I am sure they will come up with something in future.

Groups v/s groups is fine but how can individuals face them??
