Broken hearts

Hey this is my first post on this section so I hope you like it sorry if i take long to continue but i doubt it would be as half as good as the ones i have read so far. This is an true story which caused major conflict and depression.

Introducing the family

Shera and sonia- my sisters

My mums brothers family- my aunt Tulasi ,uncle Kathik and my two cousin Abhishekand prevash .

My mums sisters family- my aunty Nita , my uncle suresh and my 3 cousins kavitha , Tarik, Tanveer.

Everyday of my life since i can remeber i never thought i lost anything i never felt like i didnt have anything. My parents gave me everything and I had nothing that ever really made me feel like I lost something. My life was great well thats up to this summer.

I arrived in Germany not knowing whats happening it was just me and my two sisters were going. I didnt have any expectations i just wanted spend somue time with my cousins. As soon as I arrived my whole familly was there.

My grandma two aunts , two uncles and 4 male cousins ane 1 female.I tooka deep breath and smiled.I felt like I had everyone.

My two sisters Sonia and Shera ran towards them woth a huge grin. Well what can I say it was nice to see them i felt over the moon, I felt like i was at home with mum and dad.

Well the ride home was noisey we all got chatty and said jokes, I fekt so ivolved.We finally got home in two hours i unpacked and sat down at my mums brothers house my uncle.

"Shalini",my cousin Kavitha said.

"yes ",I replied.

"Well theres this fit guy called Surya he is absoulutely gorgeus".

"ok"

"Ok well i think you two will suit hes coming tomorrow by the way."

Kavitha was such a big mouth she never controlled her mouth she was the same age as me but acted like an ten year old. The whole family worried about her.She left smiling and I sat down wondering who it is for some reason I just wanted to know more information.I wanted to set him up with Kavitha she seems to like him alot.

It was early morning and my aunt Tulasi came in waking us all up.

"Come on sweet hearts just for today wake up early we need to go to the musical festival".

I woke up music festival great that means I can meet people maybe even Surya.

I got dressed into my best clothes. A long white skirt with a black sleeveless top.

We finally got there and I got off the car where a crowd of boys were standing and staring at our direction. I tried not to look which one was Surya?

"hello",someone yelled looking at me and my sisters.
I smile d and looked away.
"do you remeber us" a man continued.
Before I could continue my aunty Nita interupted,
"oh this Mr Raj he is like family dont you remeber Shalini?" Aunty Nita looked at me.
I smiled and s tood there with my sister who were trying not to be rude.
"Aww the Shera was only 3 and sonia was only 1 you two were adorable", Mr Raj smiled.
I stood there trying not to laugh.
"How can we forgot Shalini was only 5 she was so cute",Uncle Kathik interrupted.
My sisters gigled and look at me. I stared back pretending I dont care.
"Dont forgot you and Surya were so close you two always played tea games he was only 7",A lady cotinued strooking my hair.
"This is Mrs Raj",aunty Tulasi smiled.
Surya oh my god I knew him? How ? I hardly remeber.
"Surya", Mr Raj yelled.
A tall handsome young man walked towards us.I stood there in suprisement.He stared at me looking as suprised as i was.

Surya smiled and i smiled back,My cousin Abhishek came to join us.He gave me a dirty look.
"Abhishek can you go and get the tennis CDs at home i left them in the table I forgot to bring them take Shalini with you so you dont go alone",aunty Tulasi smiled looking at me.
I could just tell Abhishek was mad at me I didnt no why though he walked of while I tagged along.
"Thanks alot",he yelled walkin so fast
He is a month younger than me but he was quite tall so i felt like the youngest.
"what for",I replied trying to catch up.
"First off all all my mates just talk about you, you you you and Surya my mate keeps askin about you".
" Its not my fault i dont control him".
Abhisek started to get quiter i looked at him and he stood still.
We got the tennis balls and walked back to the festival I walked off trying to find my sisters but I accidently bumped into Surya.
"Oh Sorry", I said trying not to feel uncormfortable.
"No its my fault",He replied.
I smiled and stood there,
"So you from London?" He asked.
"Yup",I said trying not to embarrass myself.

"Well I need to go but I will see you around",He smilled at me.

"yeah ".

The music festival was a blast i couldnt really focus Shilpa and sonia were so talkitive.
We went back at 9 and i had a shower and went to my room where Shera and Sonia were sitting down talking.

"That Surya guy is so self obssesed",Shera said lookin at me.

"Init",Sonia smiled.

"Hes not you cant just judge someone based on how they look",I replied trying not to get angry.

Before they could say anything I shut my eyes pretending not to listen.

I woke up at 10 and went downstairs.It turned out my other cousins were there i went and brushed my teeth and went to get changed.I was just about to go back downstairs when Kavitha came.
"I heard that you and Surya have got a thing",She said sounding angry.
"What?",I exclaimed.
"Dont you just like the attension you always seem to want it Shalini".
"What you on about you make it sound like you like him Kavitha".
"well i dont its just everyone loves you even my mate Shera" , she complained.
"Its not my fault I didnt do anything what is your problem",i yelled.
I walked downstairs really angry.
"Hey dearie want some breakfast?",Aunty tulasi said.
Everyone turned there attension to me i couldnt help but feel like Kavitha was right.I ran upstairs trying not to cry i went into my room and shut the door.I felt so immature but i didnt want Kavitha to be right I felt so selfish.
"Are you ok Shalini?" asked Prevash

"Yeah I want to be alone",I yelled.

I heard a loud foot step noises getting quieter. I sat down my back against the door.I sat there for a good 10 minutes and then I decided to go downstairs.

"You ok sweetie?",Uncle Kathik asked.

"Yeah im fine now",I replied.

I continued to the big hall where uncle Suresh was. I sat down opposite him , he was on the phone.

Kavitha was right next to me she looked at me and then whispered into my ear,

"Shalini I dont like Surya you can have him he is butters so dont pull another drama stunt."

I stood up and walked off where aunty Tulasi was,

"Hey dear we are going to Mr Rajs house he asked you lot to come and visit him". She smiled.

I didnt want to go Kavitha would just keep makin things worse.I ran up stairs and changed into my best clothes a red top with a black skinny jeans.

We all got into the the car we went in two cars , Abishek and Prevash came on a bike. They only lived down the corner so it didnt take long. I got out of teh car and i saw Surya outside playing football with a mate I saw at the festival. He stopped and smiled at me and ran towards us.

"Hi",He smiled.

"Hi ",The whole family chorsed.

We all went inside and sat down,

"Welcome ",Mrs Raj announced.

They took us to the living room, it was huge, there house looked amazing. It had rich maroon curtains with pure white sofas and marron carpet. The room was held together with expensive wallpaper. I sat down net to Tarik on the sofa, Surya looked at me and smiled.
"sit down Surya",Aunty Nira said.
He smiled and looked around until he found a spot, right next to me on the sofa.My heart started to beat faster, What if Kavitha says something i tried not to look at her.Instead i looked at Abishek, he pretended not to care.I sat there trying to act natural.
"So how has it been?", Mr Raj asked everyone generally.
"Its been ok very enjoyable",Uncle Kathik said.
"Kids grow up so quick before you no it we would have grandkids",Mrs Raj gigled.
"Yup Shalini is the first one in the family to be married off her parents have actually planning on her wedding next year".Aunty Tulasi smiled.
I knew that my parents were actually looking for someone so i can be arranged to them but i never thought they were serious.

"We are also planning on getting rid of Surya as well",Mrs Raj gigled.
We both looked at each other in total embarassment, Kavitha is not going to let me off this one.Its like they are trying to put ideas into our heads.
"Oh the kids dont feel like talking in front of us Abishek whats wrong you and Surya are always talking,"Mr Raj smiled.

"Come on Kathik lets go and stay outside in the garden", Mrs Raj continued.

I didnt want to be left alone with my cousins and Raj, they all stood up and went outside.

" I thought they will never leave",kavitha whispered.

"Ok lets play a game", Tarik annouced

Tarik was the youngest he was 19,but had an mind of a 10 year old.

"Fine lets all write down it on a piece of paper how you want your future wife/Husband to be, and then we would randomnly pick one if you dont do it then you would have to say yours out anyways", Kavitha smiled.

They all wrote it down and put the paper in the centre so no one can change theres.

"Oi Surya read yours", Kavitha said looking at me.

He tried to pretend not to hear her but that was no point everyone just started to yell and complain to hurry uo.

"Fine..she has to be caring, sweet, love my family and ready to argue with me",he said trying not to get embarrased.

"I know someone like that",Tanveer smiled looking at me.

"Yeah cough cough Shalini",whispered Kavitha into my ear.

"Does looks matter?",Sonia asked.

"No because wont last forever but personallity does she would look preety to me ",he replied.

Oh my god thats what i wrote, i started to pray they wouldnt as me, I cant believe this my heart thumped like a pump getting faster and faster.

"Well what do you want in a guy Shalini",Shera asked very slyly joining into the conversation.

I gave her a look but she just giggled this was it I am so gonna die.

"Yeah I mean does he have to be buff",Tarik asked.

"Leave it",I yelled.

It was too late Prevash took my paper and started reading it. He sat there shooked.

"ITS THE SAME AS SURYAS",he yelled.

I felt Like i was going to die of embarassement, Surya looked at me. I was about to fant.How can this happen?

"Look at it caring, sweet, love my family ",Prevash said handing it to Abhishek who gave me a dirty look.
No one really said much later or spoke about the incident they just sat there I silence, Surya felt really uncormfortable he sat there trying not to look at me.
We all went home we all were quiet no one really spke to me much,We all got home.
"By the way Shalini,Sonia and Shera we are going to the fun fair tomorrow",Aunty Nira smiled trying to start a conversation.
"By the way Abhishek Mr Raj asked if you can go with Surya tomorrow as Mr Raj and his wife cant come?",Uncle Kathik asked.
Abhishek nodded,Suryas coming great my life cant get any better,I sat there silent.
"Well we are off then",Aunty Nira announced.
They were going to go home Tarik grabbed his coat and put it on.
I waved Bye and went upstairs and had a shower,I got changed to my night clothes and went to bed.Sonia and Shera was sitting down.
"So what do you think about Surya?"Sonia asked Shera.
"He is cute init",Shera replied.
"Yup and extremely rich i love what he was wearing",Sonia said smiling.
I knew they were trying to get me jealous.
"Look go away could shut up and go to sleep ",I yelled.
they didnt say anything I just pu t the duvet over me and closed my eyes tight.

It was next day early I had a shower and I got changed to to my skinny jeans and a red top. I let my curly hair dry, then I straightened my fringe and clipped it back. I walked downstairs where Abhishek was on hiis bike, and everyone was standing outside waiting for me.We walked all the way to the park.Bhishek and Surya already got there they were both standing next to there bikes Aunty nira and everyon was allso there apart from uncle Suresh.

"Ok kids we already paid for te entries for all of you can go on any ride just make sure one of you is with Sonia Sahlini and Shera. Actually why dont you girls be with Kavitha you lot can have a girls out we are going to sit there",Aunty Nira smiled.

"Come on then lets go on the Monster coaster."Kavitha said.

Abhishek and Surya were also standing there, The rides seats were layed out in a straight line next to each other.We all got in and sat on the seats, Kavitha sat next to me, Abhisheak and Surya came in.The only seats available was the two next to me.I prayed that Surya wouldnt sit next to me but he had no choice but to because abhishek grabbed the other one before him.I tried not to look at him and keep a straight face.

"Hi,"he smiled.

"Hi "I replied.

The ride started, it went up and around.I tried not to get scared and held on tight to the seat arm but Suryas arm was in on it.The ride span upside down and all the way around and a final sudden stop. I was so glad it stopped, Surya looked at me and then looked at my hand. It was on top of his, i quickly lifted my hand and sort out my hair.I got off where Sonia was waiting for everyone.

"So whats the next ride?"Kavitha asked.

"You know what I will sit this one out!",I exclaimed.

They all went of standing in the long queue,I sat down on the bench.

"Can I sit there",Someone asked .

I looked up it was Surya.

"Yeah cos."I replied.

"Thanks".

"Wheres Abhishek?"

"He went on the ride with Kavitha and your sisters".

He gave me a smile.
