Hello, I haven't read many mystery books but I can tell you that when I was of that age I used to read many books by Robert Arthur Jr. He wrote a serie of books, the genre is primarily crime/juvenile literature but Wikipedia classifies it as mystery too.
The serie is called 'Three Investigators', it's really good! I used to love it so much when I was younger. There are MANY books, so here I'll give you a link where you can find a list of them!
And the story is not linked, so you can pick any book from the list, it doesn't matter. It's just that the protagonists are the same.

I loved those books, its is sad that I do not now own a single book from that series. Maybe I could start off a collection of those books

Omg I'm so glad to know that I wasn't the only one in love with these books! Do start your collection! I wish I had read all of them but unfortunately the library in my town didn't have them all!😭

Try Harriet the Spy - it isn't exactly mystery but it's about a girl who loves to spy on people, so it's kinda similar-ish? 😆 The writer is Louise Fitzhugh.

Another that I just LOVED as a kid were the "A Series of Unfortunate Events" books by Lemony Snicket which is kinda dark comedy/Goth mystery. Very uniquely written and an unusual genre for kids' books.

Then there are the usual:
Famous Five, R.L.Stine, The Secret Seven, Nancy Drew - but a bookworm might already have read these.

Hope this helps!
