Chapter 10- The Friendship It was night. Sreedhar and Gautham after having dinner had retired to Gautham's room. Kailash had gone to drop Aleena to her home and said that he will come next day morning as he had some work at his home too.
Sreedhar threw the pillow at Gautham. Do you remember the way you guys used to tease me. Gautham looked at his friend of 5 years . How could he forget

" Sreedhar tell, what is going on " pressed Gautham to Sreedhar.

" Yes sick girl. But answer one question. We are first year MA students. In the last 3 years many girls have come to college hostel, many of them had stomach upset due to hostel food, but you didn't tell Gautham ask Supriya aunty to get food. So what is there about Suman her sickness affects you this much" pestered Kailash

Sreedhar got up from the bed, put Sekhar on the bed and began to beat him mockingly " Don't you have any other job "
Gautham laughed " Sreedhar before beating him, ask yourself isn't it true. Arrey we are your friends. If you feel for her, why are you hiding it from us "
" I don't know to be frank guys. She is something special but then.."
" Yes this something special is the beginning of all problems. Sreedhar you have fallen. Now there is no scope " told Kailash . They all broke into laughter
" I have fallen Gautham. I loved her, I love her and if I have to fight with destiny to reclaim her, I will fight it yaar " Gautham looked at his friend's determined eyes. They still had tears.
" Sreedhar mom told the right thing. Success is your middle name. Understand that whichever path you chose we are with you. Now sleep. You told you want to visit college tomorrow"
" Yes not sure if someone will be there. But I want to go and Gautham I will go alone. I need to be alone in my most familiar surroundings for sometime. " Gautham nodded
