The Importance of being a Woman

Who is a woman? She is a mother, daughter, sister, wife. How important she is? Will describe it with a story of Lord Ardhanarishvara.

Ardhanarishasvara- The Lord of the Lady, where the Lady stands at the left side which holds heart and her inseparable Lord stands at the right side. The Lord's life is dependent on his Lady. Once when Lord Shiva was in His ardhanarisvara form Maharshi Bringi, an ardent devotee of His bowed to only the Purus part of the form, ignoring the part of Devi Parvathi. Thus the Goddess said him to be free from all of his beings which is a woman. Within a moment, the Maharshi turned into ashes. Thus the Lord says everything is woman in this nature, without Her the Purus is lifeless, Purus (Man) has no existence without a woman.

Why she is a Wo-Man coz Her womb brings a man to this universe. So she is not just a mother, daughter, sister or wife...she is LIFE.
