Rani is in the hospital and Rishabh is keeping her company. She is laughing at his jokes. Rani's hair keeps on tangling with the IV tube and Rishabh asks her if he can braid her hair. Rani asks whether he knows how to braid and he says she can teach him. So she asks him to divide the hair into three parts. He asks whether horizontally or vertically. Rani laughs and says vertically. The song plays in the background - itne hum kareeb kaise aa gaye..........
Janki bhabhi is going back to America and Rajni brings mathri and aachar for her (Janki's) husband as he likes them very much. Just then Janki's husband calls and Janki says that she is coming back on tonight's flight. She tells him that Rani is much better now and Tauji is also okay. He then speaks with Tauji. Janki takes Rajni with her and asks her that are her sasural folks okay with her staying at tauji's place for 3 months? Janki asks if they are okay knowing that the sisters have to take care of their tauji and their married homes? Rajni says it is a pleasure to listen to their elders, but sometimes we have to make the elders understand us with love. Rajni says that this was a big decision for us sisters and as long as our husbands are with us, why should we worry. Janki says that she does not feel like leaving Tauji and going. The two notice that Tauji is crying and go over and ask him why. Tauji replies that he is very happy and these are tears of happiness. He is happy that his daughters love him so much. He is happy that all his daughters have their own homes and have wonderful, loving husbands. He says what else can a father want for his daughters. There is knock on the door and it is Jeet bhai. He tells Janki that she cannot go to America. Janki gets scared and asks why? Is anything wrong with Payal and Rani? He says she is so innocent. He removes 4 Raakhis from his pocket and says that she should tie all 4 at the same time, so that every year she does not have to come back. Janki and Rajni are very happy, they get the pooja thali, etc and Janki ties a rakhi to Jeet. Background song - behna ne bhai ki kalai se.... After tying the rakhi, Janki playfully extends her hand (asking for her gift) and Jeet places a beautifully wrapped package in her hands. Rajni says wow and everyone is happy.
It's a new day and Rani is taking her medication and Rishabh is giving her water. Dadi is with them. The doctor comes and tells her that she can go home. She has recovered very fast all due to her husband's love and caring. They bring her home and Buaji tells her welcome and that she has prayed at each and every temple in the city for her well being. Taiji tells her that she has chosen 4-5 nurses for her and she can keep whoever she wants. Rishabh says that they will not be needing a nurse as he will be taking care of Rani. He takes Rani upstairs to rest. Rishabh's tauji calls Anjali and lets her know that Rani has survived and has come home. He also tells Anjali that Rishabh is taking care of Rani with lots of love. She hangs up the phone in anger.
Rishabh makes Rani sit in the room and he goes to the kitchen. Rani is very happy to be back in her room. Rishabh brings dalia for Rani and as she is taking the first sip, she notices Rishabh's burnt hand. Rishabh says its nothing and then makes her eat it and while their bg song is playing, they are talking to each other and laughing. We do not get to hear anything except the bg song.
Deven comes home and asks his mother which color car he should get. Rajni walks in and their bhabhi in a very sarcastic tone tells look a guest has arrived. Deven says that he invited Rajni to come home as he cannot take such a big decision without her. Deven and Rajni stand by their mother and Deven once again asks his mom about car color. She chooses it and she says that she prays for Deven's prosperity. As D & R are walking out to go to the car dealer, a phone call come and bhabhi picks it. She says Deven's name loudly and speaks on the phone. D & R stop listening to his name. Bhabhi says sarcastically that get 10 cars not one, but Rajni will be owner and not Deven. The serial where Deven was supposed to be the lead has gotten shelved, but there is no worry as R is such a big superstar. She further tells D that he is not destined to have a job. Deven is frustrated and throws the car paper and walks off.
Rishabh is taking care of Rani and a phone call comes. He ignores it. Rani asks him to go to office and take care of work, as she is feeling fine. Rishabh refuses to go until she is well. Dadi enters and says that she is very happy to hear this. She gives Rishabh some papers and tells him that the stocks he sold, she was the purchaser. She tells him that now she has no doubt that he will be a successful businessman. She tells him to go to work and begin a fresh new life. She wants to take care of her bahu and she can do that once he is gone to work. Rishabh takes her blessings and Rani has a beautiful smile on her face.
