I have my doubts if that twitter account is Anupriya's original account or not. I don't think people close to her like Supriya ma'am or Geetanjali ma'am are following her there. They follow her on Instagram so why not on twitter as well?

Each and every pic uploaded there has been after she has either uploaded them on Instagram or Facebook.

One pic uploaded on twitter is an unclear version of her DP on Insta. Why would she upload a blurry pic and not a clear one?

So I'm actually a little doubtful if that's actually Anupriya on twitter.

The twitter account is interlinked to her instagram account, i think the pics are automatically updated. If in doubt then i think someone needs to ask her on instagram.

Nope...if it was interlinked, the link on twitter and the pic on Instagram would be uploaded at the same time. Here the pics/links are sometimes uploaded hours later after the pic has been posted on Instagram. So I have my doubts. If an absolutely new pic gets uploaded on twitter first we can then be sure it's her account.
