So Parth and Vibha are in the playground, smiling at one another. Vibha is being playful with Parth and trying to brighten up his mood, while Parth is still thinking about how they will meet during the holidays.
Vibha - Parth, tum ab kya soch rahe ho?
Parth - Yahi, ki hum kaise milenge? Aur kahan?
Vibha - Tumhare questions kabhi khatam nahi honge...
Parth - Aap answer kar lo, phir khatam ho jayenge!
Vibha - Parth maine kaha na, we will find a way.
Parth - Hmmm
Vibha - Don't you trust me?
Parth - Of course I do...
Vibha - Toh phir chalo, tumhare friends tumhe dhoond rahe honge... Aur mujhe bhi kuch kaam khatam karna hai
Parth - Okay
They both walk back towards the staff room. Parth keeps looking at her as she goes in, and he turns around and leaves. He meets the others and while they are talking about the holidays with excitement, he can only hear Vibha's words about how they will meet during the holidays. He thinks "Shayad mujhe hi koi solid plan banana padega, warna pata chala ki holidays bhi khatam ho gayi, aur Vibha maam se milna hi nahi hua...", but then he stops and his inner voice starts again "Arey, yeh main kya soch raha hu... Abhi toh unhone kaha ki mujhe unpe trust karna chahiye, agar unhone kaha hai ki hum milenge, to phir hum zaroor milenge... Ha, hum zaroor milenge... Par kaise? Aur kahan". Just then Utkarsh asks him something and he seems lost, he shakes his shoulder and snaps out of his thoughts.
Vibha is also thinking about Parth. She finishes all her work and then checks everything that needs to be sorted before she leaves for holidays. She goes to the library and finds Parth sitting in a corner and reading a book. Parth doesn't hear her walking in and keeps reading. She goes close to him, puts her hand on his shoulder.
Vibha - Parth
Parth - (looks up and sees her) Vibha Maam
Vibha - Parth tum yaha? Tum baki logon ki tarah packing kyun nahi kar rahe?
Parth - Meri packing kab se ho gayi hai
Vibha - Toh phir tum yaha akele
Parth - Waha sab log holidays main milne ka plan bana rahe hain
Vibha - So you should go and join them...
Parth - Par main aapke baare main soch raha tha, ki...
Vibha - Parth, phir se wahi baat
Parth - Aap mujhe bata hi nahi rahi ho
Vibha - Parth yeh kya bachpana hai
Parth - Main bachcha nahi hu
Vibha - Maine kab kaha... Main to sirf itna keh rahi thi... Khair chodo. Aur hum lad kyu rahe hain? Ha?
Parth - Hum nahi lad rahe hai
Vibha - Achcha...
Parth - Ha, aap hi chahte ho na ki main apne friends ke saath jaau, toh theek hai, main abhi chala jaata hu
Parth gets up and shuts his book in anger and is about to storm off when Vibha holds his hand.
Vibha - Parth, aise jaaoge?
Parth - (stands back and looks at her) Aap hi ne to kaha...
Vibha - Parth... Tum jaante ho mera matlab woh nahi tha
Parth - Phir kya matlab tha?
Vibha - Yeh lo (she hands him the paper)
Parth - Yeh kya hai
Vibha - Khud hi khol kar dekh lo...
Parth - Number? Aapka number?
Vibha - Ha
Parth - (smiles) Thank you!
Vibha - Tumhe kya laga tha Parth, ki sirf tum hi mujhe miss karoge? Main nahi?
Parth looks down and he thinks he should have just believed in her...
Vibha - Parth, itna gussa mat kiya karo (she puts a hand on his jawline and moves her thumb across his cheek)
Parth - Sorry...
Vibha - Ab jao, have fun with your friends
Parth - Aur aap?
Vibha - Woh tumhare friends hain Parth, mere nahi...
Parth - Mera matlab hai aap yaha kya karoge?
Vibha - Mujhe kuch kaam khatam karna hai, phir Urmila maam ko yeh report bhi deni hai
Parth - Okay, toh main jau?
Vibha - Yes, go
Parth leaves and is happy he got Vibha's number. He hadn't even thought of it, one number just solved so many of his problems, answered so many of his questions. He goes back in to thank her and she's putting the book away on a stool and gets startled by his footsteps, and is about to fall but he manages to catch her. And as he holds her, she looks at him, holding on to him so that she doesn't fall. They stare at each other for a while (songs plays in background - saason ko saason main dhalne do zara, dheemi si dhadkan ko badhne do zara, lamho ki guzarish hai yeh, paas aa jaye... hum hum tum, tum hum tum) and then Vibha signals him to let her down.
Vibha - Thank you
Parth - Thank you toh main aapse bolne aaya tha
Vibha - Ha, aur tumne mujhe dara hi diya
Parth - Sorry
Vibha - Tum kitni baar sorry bologe, aur yeh thank you kis liye?
Parth - Kyunki aapne ek hi pal main meri sari tension door kar di...
Vibha - Parth, kabhi kabhi mujhe tumhari yeh sab baatein hi bahut achchi lagti hain... Ki tum har baar kitni maturity se future ke baare main sochte ho... Lekin kabhi kabhi mujhe lagta hai ki tum life ki choti choti cheezo ko enjoy hi nahi kar rahe, school days main kitni masti hoti hai...
Parth - Mujhe pata hai ki aap bahut masti kiya karti thi, par main aisa hi hu (he looks down)
Vibha - (holds his hands) Tum jaise ho, waise hi mujhe pasand ho!
Parth looks up at her and smiles. He thinks she always says the right things and cheers him up, and gives him a reason to smile, a reason to be happy, a reason to look at things from a different perspective.
Vibha - Ab yehi hasi lekar jao, aur apne friends ke saath masti karo... Aur ab wapas mat aana, I will see you on the train?
Parth - Okay, main aapka intezaar karunga...
Vibha - Main bhi!
He goes to the library door, and then turns back, looks at her, she looks back at him, smiles and waves at him and then signals him to go. He nods and then smiles and leaves.
