Hi, guys.
So, like... by this point, you've probably had maaany posts such as this one, but well, what's wrong if you read one more? 😆
Darn, I missed IF. Just FYI, I'm not really a newbie. I was a very active member of the PKYEK forum. But this isn't 2010 and we're all over the vampire craze. (Or at least I am.😃)
Jeez. Get used to it. I go off-track a lot. I mean it.
Anyways, I'm not really a die-hard fan of Warrior High, and I don't watch it daily, and I'd even go as far as saying that it's a cliche. And not even a good attempt at a cliche.
But trust me, it's far better than all those rotdu daily soaps my mother watches. (Kind of like pushing a very, very ugly looking juice down my throat, those never ending cycles of marriages and accidents.)
There are points in Warrior High which keep you glued though. For instance, how they touched the topic of pressure on students in taking up Science, and also the way they tried to teach about earth-quakes.
All that's nice, but what the show really lacks is originality. It's like there's a plot, but the writer's so interested in showing new things that he /she completely forgets to actually work on the current arc.
The acting, god the acting... mashaallah, kya over-acting karte hain kuch actors. Among all, I think Utkarsh and Sid, both the characters are being portrayed very nicely.👏⭐️ At least better than the rest.
Like, what I was saying is just that Warrior High has a potential -and everybody needs to work harder to live up to its potential, to polish it.
Tum log soch rahe ho na ki kya paka rahi hai yaar... (koi nahi koi nahi, mere bhai bhi sochte hain)
Now, the main reason why I wrote this thingy. I like that Warriors aren't homophobes, and they're not fazed by their King being gay, (I'm sorry, but I missed out whether Ayaaz, or is it Ayaz, was in the closet or out?) but doesn't it seem unnatural to you guys? I mean, we're living in India, for goodness' sake... People are fighting for Gay Rights! Agar thoda bahut bhi touch kara hota na topic ko, then I'd be really, really impressed. And now you're thinking tumhe impress karna bhi kaun chahta hai? Right? 😭
Chalo, koi baat nahi. I'll end with the thing that... I like the show. And I might even write an OS for it soon. 😳
