Good decision of mine to stop watching. Those still watching, hence reading/on the forum won't agree, but Pawanias leaving means the theme of Waaris itself is no longer there.
Preet fighting for rights, getting back at Raj, making place due to being wife of heir--is not the same thing as the theme 'Waaris.'
Anyway, it was too good to be true. I never liked the fact that Raj had seen Preet so early, but went with it as still it was a good show and Raj-Mannu scenes were great. Ignored the bakwas which led to Aman recast and ignored the quick acceptance and switch of Raj only viewing Mannu as Preet. Figured for a daily Hindi serial, I shouldn't expect much nuance and there can be rushed development. Brushed aside my annoyance at his insistence of making Preet public. Then uncomfortably ignored Raj's letter shenanigans.
Finally the episode when they got married, the dialogues and scenes were seeming very off. Sure enough, the precap showed why.
Now, it's just same thing as all others maybe with the difference that the heroine will not be doormat. Other than that, it's just same old. Bahu in house, blah blah blah.
Anyway just had to air it all out after reading about Pawanias not being on show anymore.
Am done now for good! This has cured me of the need to even check into forum and what is happening on show. So it's a relief, I guess.
