why I watch Vivaah and why I don't want to

I only watch this show coz of shalini........I love her acting.....and the story got interesting when she was raped.....her acting was superb............before that it was a just a regular show...with a love triangle.......I started watching this show since they started focusing on tanya.......I think not only me many people watch this show coz of her story line and acting....but this show is toooooo slow....nothing is happening.....trish cantell rajdeep the truth abt her sister ...rajdeep will be understanding she doesnt have to say that she had relationship with yuvi or anythign she can just tell him the truth.....I dont think rajdeep will announce it in public.......he is her husband and she shouldnt be hiding stuff from him......that will create probs for yuvi and tanya too.....coz then rajdeep will start suspecting them and them and then poor tanya will take every blame.......I know trish is doing that coz she loves her sis......but they are just dragging the show for reason....this is third week now they are still dealing with pregnancy news.........come on......they need to move on.....there is no taaj scene....raj is cold as usual......I dont understand him.....I think shalini does a pretty good job in covering up his flaws...otherwise personally im not impressed by his acting(no offense) I like his personality and character though......also wtz wrong with rajdeep he is so agressive...what is his business and why is torturing trish for this he should ask yuvi.....yuvi is his friend.....nothing exciting is happening ...very boring show...........we need more taaj scenes...we want kahniya to come back...lol..........Im missing his dialogues!

I think that I can safely say that most of us know exactly what you mean.

I had to struggle on this too: why I watch it: I see the writing on the wall, and Trish/Yuv are not to be. But I do watch the show for them.

Secondly, call me a sadist, but I just like to see the characters create their own problems, misery, and drama. And, let me not forget, the Three Stooges that is Nupur, masa, and masi, try to get at the truth. I also like to occasionally see Kul get humiliated because it is a life lesson for her and she'll be a better person for it. Who knows if she pulls the same money-thing with Manshaa?

The show is very predictable, and does not have the "surprise factor" or resolution to look forward to and as perfangel put it: it's dragging. And there is NO SIDE STORY, except Raghav/Sujata and the ten year curse.

i get everyone's frustration w/ the show its moving really slow now. I"m a big TaaJ fan but the storyline doesnt seem to be going anywhere. I think for TaaJ to happen Yuv and Tanya need to see each other in a romantic light. Right now Yuv only sees Tanya as a responsibility and Tanya sees Yuv as someone who loved her sister. It will take them some time to move past all that. I think things will start moving once Khenaya comes back.

Now I would never have guessed the creatives capable of this 🤡 but:

Yuv the stud-muffin is going to kick the sh*t out of Kanaiya (again) and in that exchange "realize suddenly" something he never knew existed before deep, deep, deep, deep, deep down inside---his love for Tanya, not just concern? Oh, yeah, she needs to get hurt, preferably critical and unconscious...even a coma! And Yuv can dutifully stay with her day and night. Nothing brings out the love like being severely hurt! Don't you know people: Vivaah is about mutual responsibility, love and selfless caring???😆 It's a good thing this show is on TV to show us what it is all about and to hold up the posterchildren or postercouple Yuv and Tanya as a shining example, beacon of all that is good. Watch carefully kids, you're going to learn something!

You will get your wish, 100%, but as you point out, the creatives need to move the story along so something -- anything--happens.
