If I wrote about Trish why leave Tanya out?
She has HUGE flaws. But her flaw is she is weak! She is really really weak. Been there know what it feels like. It's not something you can read a book about and tada you are strong. Or over night everything changes She has to go through one experience after another and get stronger. All the people who keeps saying she should tell she should tell....yes it makes sense to tell. But statistic wise most rape victims are way too ashamed to open their mouth. Forget opening their mouth they are too ashamed to live. So all the people who keep chanting she should tell 1st go get acquinted with some rape victims. No they don't tell. Even in western societies a lot of people hide it. It's too humiliating.
Even in a situation like this after Raj saved her from the monster she thought of her sister and tried to wipe her sindoor of. She also thought of Raj. She thought of her mom. She thought of her family's honor. Before she thought of her family's safety. It's sad that the girl makes dumb decisions and is weak but what gives her a special place in my heart is that she has a beautiful caring heart. Everytime she sees Raj and trishna she cries because she knows she is hurting them. She can't do anything as she is weak herself and no one is supporting her to come out. Raj and Kul try harder so she doesn't open her mouth. But the girl really cares for all the people she loves. She even cared when she insulted Raj. She cried because she hurt him by yelling at him. She was even willing to put up with Kanaiyah so he won't hurt Raj. And we all know how scared she was of Kanaiyah. She would freeze like a statue when he was around. But she was willing to do it for the ones she loved.
And when she saw Raj and Trish wasn't getting along and Raj was ignoring trish, though she was going through her own problems she wanted to fix theirs. Because she loves her sister and cared for Raj!
