The good news: Naina survives.😊 The bad news: Shreya is pregnant.
Sushant and Vasudha rush Naina to the hospital. Sid calls Sush on his phone, asking if he is still in Bangalore. But Vasu takes the phone from him and cuts the call. Sush looks astonished. When Sid tries again, no one answers. He hisses that Sushant had bad timing to be back in Mumbai just then; he had thought he had Vasudha nicely framed. (So it was indeed he who tried to murder Naina.😡) Vedika sees him in this state and sarcastically asks him what he is afraid of, reminding him of the photos of him and Naina that she has in her phone. He glares at her with guilt written on his face.
Sushant phones Vikram to come there. A distraught Vasu says he should not have done that. He wants to know why she is hiding some things from him, to which he must know the answer. Vasu, after some reluctance, tells him tearfully about Naina being Sid's first wife. Sushant is shocked. She further says she is sure Sid attacked Naina, but cannot report him to the police as this is her sister's first Karva Chauth and she needs to get her treated before the truth come before her. Sushant says, he never thought her sense of justice would be so selfish.
When Vikram arrives, however, Sush tries his best to keep him from questioning Vasu, saying she is in no state to answer. Vikram gets understandably suspicious. He tells Sush that he respects him and Vasu a lot; but nothing can come in the way of his duty. But when he starts to ask Vasu, the doctor calls her away.
The doctor tells her that Naina is out of danger, but she may never become a mother again.😭
Meanwhile, the ladies at the house are getting ready for karva chauth. Nani is telling them stories about the festival. Vedika complains about having to keep the fast, and says she is doing it only for Vikram. Just then Shreya feels uneasy and rushes out. A doctor, after examining her, says that she is pregnant. Sid comes in just then and acts very happy. Everyone is delighted, but Vedika looks perturbed. She sarcastically wishes "Mr and Mrs Chopra." Sid looks up, startled.
Naina regains consciousness. Vikram starts questioning her as to how he was at Sush's house. She says that her brother was there. Vikram further asks her of she saw her attacker. She nods. He asks her to tell him who he was. Just then Naina starts acting as if she is in great pain. Sush and Vikram rush to get the doctor, while Vasu asks her if she is all right. She nods. Vasu asks her if it was Sid who killed her. She says yes. Vasu says. You should hand him over to the police. Naina says she can't, because Sid is Shreya's life.
Some more ribbing and revelry at the house. Vikram comes over and starts teasing Vedika about her fast. Then he tells her about the attack on "Natasha." Vedika is shocked; Sid overhears. Vikram tells Vedika that Naina has survived. Sid grits his teeth in dismay.
The ladies are getting ready to see the moon. Vedant has kept the fast along with Sandhya (how sweet!😳). Vasu calls "Sharmaji" to get there quickly. Then she runs into Sid, who asks her how she feels about her sister's first karva chauth. Vasu tells him that though it is her sister's first, Mrs Naina Chopra must have kept the fast for her husband many times. Sid smiles that she knows the truth, and challenges her to tell Shreya; he even calls her to come down. Vasu hurriedly says that she will tell her when she sees fit. Sid taunts her saying she was never able to do anything and never will, because she is bound by her sister's love. Now she should marry Sushant and leave the house, otherwise he will make her life hell. Vasu raises her hand to slap him, but someone comes and stops her. It is Shreya.
