* Dhir is shown to be alright just a slurred speech. He starts dressing up when Vedant comes and asks him where is he going? Dhir gets pissed with the question and tell him that where else can he go, where he has always gone, DD Office. Vedant tells him to relax and take rest as Vasudha is handling it all and is completely under control. Dhir tells him that it is under Vasudha's control and not his.He has built this entire empire and not Vasudha. He leaves saying that. Vedant is worried.
* Vasudha is shouting at Nirmoni (Pandey's assistant) in the library as to how could he print cheap articles like film star's gossips and personal life histroy about the politicians.Nirmoni tells Vasudha that if Dhir was here today he would have admired them for this news. Vasudha reminds them she runs this and the days have gone when DD was an instrument to collect power and money. Dhir hears this and Vedika notices him hearing all this. Vasudha tells Nirmoni to change the front page.
* Dhir is disturbed that Vasudha has erased his memories from everyone's mind. Vedika comes to him and tells him to relax and that Vasudha is controlling everything. Dhir tells her that Vasudha is destroying what he has built. Vedika tells him that she can only see positive factors getting associated to DD and not destruction. She pleads with Dhir not to destroy the sanity of what Vasudha has built. She tells him he ahs retired and Vasudha is handling it well, Dhir gets angry and scolds her as to how dare she says he has retired.Vedika pleads with him that the walla that Vasudha have built are still moist and not to trumble them.Dhir vows to take back his empire.
* Sushant comes to Pandey and asks him where is Vasudha. Pandey pulls his leg and finally tells him Vasudha has gone to meet Govind. Sushant leaves to meet her, he is in a happy mood.
* Vasudha goes to Govind and Govind welcomes her and asks her what does she want. All the workers get assembled. Vasudha tells him "forgiveness". She tells him she was wrong and Govardhan would have closed down the mill if she and workers had not realised the truth on time. And now she would agree with all their conditions without constraints from her side as her mark of grievance. Workers rejoice and start playing with holi colours. They all throw colours at each other and at Vasudha when on worker throw its strongly at her, and Vasudha trying to save herself from it, turns and goes straight into Sushant's arms. (Very cute scene). Sushant holds her hand and protectively takes her to her car and makes her sit in her car and closes the door. Vasudha leaves.
* Vasudha is with Pandey and telling him to give her facts about Vikram's case, she wants to look into it. Sushant comes with two workers holding their collars and threatens them to tell Vasudha the truth. The workers tells Vasudha that they were involved in burning the godown along with Rafiq, Rafiq had promised them a sum of Rs10000. Sushant tells Vasudha that they were fighting over that sum when he heard it and got them to her. He starts leaving when Vasudha stops him and thanks him. He leaves. Vasudha tells Pandey to call the cops.
* Dhir tells Shreya thst though he was paralysed, he could see, hear, understand and make his brains work. He was seeing all that was happening and he was shocked at Shreya's attitude. He asks her what has driven her to this and whether it is love. Shreya tells him that she loves Sid. Dhir tells her that there is no harm in loving anyone. Shreya tells him that Vasudha is against her wedding with Siddharth. Dhir tells her that Vasudha is wrong and he is with Shreya and will help her get married to Siddharth. He tells her to call Siddharth to meet him. Shreya hugs him and tells him that the way he has talked to her, noone has ever done that. Nani hears this.
* Nani goes to Dhir and tells him that she thought she would see a changed man after he goes well but he hasnt changed. Dhir asks her what change was she expecting, Nani tells him that I wanted to see a father who would enhance his children's life not destroy them. He is spoling what Vasudha has done. Dhir gets angry and tells her that Vasudha has grown and feels that she has outgrown him but she doesnt remember that he was the one who taught her the tricks of the game.
* Vasudha come back home and finds the lights switched off. She calls for everyone and asks why are the lights switched off. She opens the light and starts going upstairs when Dhir calls for her.

Comments: Dhir has gone against Vasudha and has started playing games against her. Also, I think he would blame Sushant for the murder to torture Vasudha but the killer would be someone else whom he would keep blackmailing.
