We get to know from Recap that while Vasudha was talking with Pandey, Pandey gets news from an employee that Dainik Darpan's(DD) godown has been burnt. Vasudha hears this and is shocked!!!
* Vedant, Vasudha and Pandey come to the Godown and see it burning. Vasudha is shocked to see this. Vedant help the workers leave the godown safely.
* A worker comes and tells Sinha that his work has been done. Sinha is all hapy to know that!!
* The police Inspector asks Vasudha whether she suspects anyone, she says No!!!He informs Vasudha that he would have to seal DD for the time being to continue investigation. Vasudha refuses. She tells him to seal the godown and not DD. She tells him that she will cooperate with him in all possible ways!! Pandey tells Vasudha that they are doomed and now DD will never come up. Vasudha tells him that DD will come up, so what if tomorrows edition has been burnt and DD will not come out tomorrow but it will definitely see day after tomorrow's sun light. She addesses the workers and asks for their support. She tells them that this news paper has been running from last 35 yrs and we will not allow its enemies to sleep satisfactorily that they have been successful in its downfall!! She tells them that she is askign for their support for themselves. The workers join together an dpromnise to support her and get day after tomorrows news papers. Vedant and Pandey are happy.
* Vasudha is in office thinking about Sinha's warning and reflects on the horror of the burnt godown!! She is horrified when Sushant comes and wakes her up. He tells her that he didnt want to wake her up as she has not been sleeping at all.Vasudha asks Sushant where was he when the godown was getting burnt yesterday and when her eyes were searching for him. Sushant is quiet and doesnt know what to say. She tells him that he stranded her in her weakest moment and she can never forgive him.She tells him that he even kicked her out of his friends house when she came to say sorry. Sushant apologises and says that he curses himself everyday for that. He tells her he was down because she didnt understand him but still he wants to apologise to her. Vasudha refuses to accept his apology and tells him that from now onwards their relationship is that of employer and employee. Sushat remembers the day Sinha said that same thing to him. He leaves and Vasudha cries. (I think Vasudha is not being fair)
* Vikram orders for a test to match the bullet from Sushant's gun to the bullet found on the crime scene!!
* Vedant informs Vedika and Dhir that Vasudha has taken full control of the company and now they can be rest assured. He tells them how Vasudha encouraged the workers after the gowdowns burnt down just like Dhir. Dhir has tears in his eyes.
* Sinha calls Vasudha and asks her how does it feel to see DD burnt and not have tomorrows newspaper on the street. Vasudha tells him not to worry and that she would get the next day's paper on the strret on time and he can buy it and read it. Sinha warns her not to mess with him but Vasudha accepts the challenge.
* Vikram visits Vasudha and tells her that in both the incidents she is somehow connected and there is one more person who is connected to both and that is Sushant. He suspects that both of them planned it together!!

Preview: Sushant is sitting tensed in his house when his mother comes and asks him why is he tensed. He says he is fine when his mom insists on asking him the reason. Vikram comes just then and tells her that he knows why her son is tensed.
