Vasudha , Pandey all the rest of the Dainik Darpan staff run to see the godown on fire. pandey is aghast and the others have to control him. The police inspector tells Vasudha that they suspect foul play and whether she suspects anyone. She says she doesn't, but she will cooperate with him in the investigation. She tells the DD staff that someone wants to crush their spirit and though the edition for the next day has been burned to ashes, she will make sure the day after's DD will reach the public. The workers tell her that they are fully with her.
Vasudha goes to the DD office and starts thinking about Sinha's threats. She falls asleep and when she wakes up, she sees Sushant. He asks for forgiveness and tells her that he was regreeting his harshness to her at Devyani's house. Vasudha says that henceforth their relations would be restricted to that of DD's boss and Senior corresponent. He leaves saying that she wont be able to forget thier relation so easily.
Sinha calls Vasuhda to taunt her, but she gives it back saying that she wont be defeated. Meanwhile Vedant tells Vedika he is happy to have lost so much because it has proved that Vasudha is there and cares for them, and he is aure she will be back home soon. DRS can hear all this and is shown smiling.
Vikram Agarkar comes to meet Vasudha and tells them that their family is going through rough times: first DRS being shot and then this fire. He wonders if the 2 incidents are linked. Vasudha has no time to listen but he says thta since Sushant is a suspect too, could it be that both him and Vasudha has planned this all? The episode ends on Vasudha's tense face.
