Shreya is utterly devastated, on seeing shahlini hurt.. She calls up vedant and tells her about the accident.. She gives vedant the address and ask shim to not tell Rai.. Vedant says that he'll be there.. Shahlini meanwhile lies unconscious on the road..
Pandey gives rai the copy of the evening addition, saying that he normally doesn't look at it, but if he wants to see it he can, rai takes the paper and is shocked to see shahlini's picture under the MISSING list.. Rai gets furious asks pandey.. He begins yelling.. Vasu comes there and says that she published the pic, she adds that she has met this women.. Rai thinks that shahlini is alive, uttara lied to him.. Rai asks vasu where did she see her?? Vasu says tahts he met her a a dhaaba last night.. He asks her from where did she get this picture.. Vasu says that she was going thru a few old records for the presentation from the lsat 35 years, and she found this lady's pic, and she looked worried last night, so she published this pic.. Rai says that they cant just publish anything… vau debates that she wants to create some awareness, and that's why she's starting her own column in the paper.. And she wants her paper to be different than the rest, rai says that he is proud of her… vasu leaves with pandey.. Rai thinks that vasu doesn't know anything about shahlini… and he needs to do something soon..
Vedika comes to uttar'as place and tstarts drinking, uttara says that hasn't she had enough?? Vedika shows her the picture with shahlini's pic on it.. And says that her dad is making a trap for her so that she reacts and then he can find shahlini.. A voice comes from behind saying - I know how to untrap Rai's traps, but I need to know about shahlini.. Uttara and vedika turn back to see Shushant there… uttara hits her hand on her head… Shushant asks her to tell him about shahlini.. Uttara is quite.. Shushant says that she doesn't want to tlak about shahlini as it might bring out the wort thruth about them.. That his father was a cheap reporter.. Shushant cries and says that he was in kanpur, and he is so proud of her, that she has been lieing for all these years, for the last 30 years she has been living like a widow, depite of having a husband.. He adds, that has she even tried to find out about where he is? Uttara is silent.. Shushant says that dad is no more.. Uttara first looks sternly, but then eventually breaks down.. Shushant hugs her.. And asks her, where have did she get all this strength from? She lived alone for him? When women cant live alone like this, she did so much for her son.. He adds that from now on, shahlini's problem, her problem, are all his.. Vedika tells him that they should tell vasu.. Shushant wipes his tears and says that no, she wont be able to tolerate it.. Vedika insists.. Shushant says that vasu wont be able to take anything against her dad.. She will break down, and it will be hard to take care of her…
Vedant and shreya reach the hospital with shreya.. The doctor says that he'll call the cops.. Shreya gets worried.. Vedant tries to calm her down, he calls vasu and tells her about this.. Vasu leaves… he cop comes there and questions shreya.. Vedant asks him to let it go, he's willing to be pay for the woman's medicines too… the cop asks how much can he pay? Vedant gives him 25 thousand.. Vasu watches this.. The cop leaves.. Vasu slaps vedant saying that what will dad feel when he hears this? How could be bribe the cop? Vedant says that he doesn't care if his dad finds out… vasu asks shreya angrily to stop crying and asks if the woman is alive or dead? Vasu walks away.. Vedant tries to calm shreya down.. Vasu stands annoyed on the side.. Shahlini comes out on the stretcher, still unconscious… vasu is lost in her thoughts… vedant asks the doctor if shahlini will survive, the doctor says that he hopes for ht best. Vedant tells vasu that the lady is out.. Vasu goes to see her.. Shreya stops her on the way, and apologizes.. Vasu taunts that its so easy to say sorry… but what about that family who might be looking for that lady?? Vasu goes in and is shocked to see Shahlini there..
