I dont think Raj is -Ve . He has done this so that Rishab will now not allow Raj to marry Priyanka , since eveything is in Priyanka's husband's name ... Thus he can save Priyanka from getting married to Raj . Also he might have treated Raj by now . He will make Raj sit in mantap instead of him and will marry them off .
