Gargi brings dinner for Shahina, who does not want to eat. Rishab calls Gargi and tells her he is happy that she is now inside the house, and asks her if the house has been transferred to her name. Gargi tells him that she has given them time till tomorrow, and if it is not transferred then she will do something. She tells Rishab that Anoushka is still here. Rishab tells Gargi that he is willing to help her in whatever way he can. He tells Gargi listening to her sad story "Chakar aagaye hai". Priyanka comes up and tells Rishab for that he should take some medicines. Takes the call from him and tells Gagri that is she follows the advise of such a person she will destroy herself.
Priyanka gives medication to Rishab, who says it is useless for him. Priyanka tells him that some illnesses require time to cure. Rishab tells her that she will not be in this house till then. Rohan comes there and tells Rishab that atleast in a week he should speak well atleast for a few moments. Priyanka tells Rohan that she has hope for Rahul getting better but no hope for Rishab improving.
Rohan tells Priyanka that Raj has asked Rahul to come to the hospital today for checkup.
Rahul visits Raj for check, after the checkup, in Raj's office Rahul tells Raj all the things Priyanka told him, and while listening to Rahul Raj remembers those moments with Priyanka. How she used to get food for him. How happy she was when he became a doctor. Raj remembers writing a note for Priyanka to tell her how he felt about her, when he hears a car stop, goes to the window and sees Priyanka hugging someone and the note drops from his hand. (the someone Priyanka is hugging is Rahul).
Raj comes to his house, there is a wall which is covered with pics of Priyanka. He keeps looking at the pics and tells himself that I could not tell you then and not now. I Love You, I really Love You.
Priyanka calls him and tells him to stay for a few more days and treat Rahul himself. Rishab listens to the conversation.
Family is gathered for dinner, when Rishab comes down and informs everyone that Raj is staying back to treat Rahul. Rohan tells him that Raj is going as he has some important conference to attend. Rahul says the same thing. Rishab tells Rohan that what you and Rahul could not do, one phone call from Priyanka did. Raj could not refuse Priyanka.
Rishab tells Rohan that Raj is more of a friend to Priyanka than you. Meera gets irritated with Rishab, Rohan tells him why does he take things in the wrong perspective. In the hospital he was concerned less with the accident and Rahul and more into hatching conspiracies.
Priyanka tells him that Rohan and herself would deal with Rahul and the accident, if he wants to do something he should get Jethaniji back home. Rahul agrees with Priyanka. Rishab tells him don't tell this to your bhaiya but to your wife's bhaiya as he has kept Anoushka at his place.
Rishab tells them that they are under the "ehsaan" of Kharbandas. Kharbandas are taking care of Anoushka, Raj stayed back to treat Rahul at the request of Kharbanda. Priyanka tells them that she has only requested him, but Raj has not yet agreed to stay back. Rohan gets a call from Raj who informs them that he is staying back to treat Rahul.
Its morning, Raj is dressed to leave, when there is a knock on the door, its Kunal. Raj looks from the peep hole, sees Kunal then looks at Priyankas pics on the wall.
Precap:
Gargi opens the front door, and finds a couple of bouquets, 1 saying "Sorry" the other wishing "Anniversary", she seems happy.
