The guy that Rishab identifies as Rohan Lamba is someone else. Rishab's memory has not returned, Police Officer warns the family not to play with the law and free a criminal, Priyanka tells him that Rohan is not a criminal. The police tells them that they have enough proof that Rohan is the one who shot Rishab, and if they want to prove otherwise they should get proof of that. The police leave.
Rishab apologizes to the family for identifying the guy as Rohan as he does not remember anything. Rishab asks Meera why would his elder brother shoot him, the police say they have proof. Meera tells him that his brother did not shoot him.
Rohan is taken to a prison.
Rishab asks them why do police think that Rohan shot him, Rahul explains that all this is because of Priyanka, even though I stopped her she went after Rohan, Priyanka tries to defend what she did, as she did not know he was Rohan and she was just following the clues. Rahul gets angry at Priyanka for not listening to him.
Anoushka gets irritated and tells Priyanka that when you do any good for the family they only point an accusing finger at you, and says she remembers all the accusations she had to face and cannot stay here, she is to leave when Rishab stops her and tells her that she is his wife and where is she going.
Anoushka gets angry at Rishab, addresses him at "new Mr. Rishab Lamba" and tells him not to question her, and not to try and act as though he is her husband otherwise he would repent gaining consciousness and leaves.
Meera wheels Rishab (Rishab is on a wheelchair) to his room, he is thinking and Meera asks him whats he thinking about, and he says he is thinking about Rishab Lamba. He asks Meera that the woman she calls his wife is going to stay at someone elses place, whose house is she going to. Meera tells him to first remember his own house.
Meera brings Rishab to his room and shows him his favorite chair, his laptop. Rishab asks if this room was his, tells Meera that he feels she is trying to make him remember somethings but wants him to forget some as well.
Rishab looks at the pic of his and Anoushka's there in the room, and asks Meera if this was Anoushka's room as well and she says yes. He asks her how long they have been married for and she says 5 years. Rishab asks if he has any kids and she says he is going to become a father in a few months, and Meera is very happy saying this.
Rishab asks Meera to look at herself in the mirror and see the happiness on her face, and tells her that he would also like to feel the happiness, but cannot remember anything.
Shahina is playing hide and seek with Kunal, she comes downstairs and hides behind the curtains. Kunal comes downstairs trying to find her. Sirens are heard and Gargi comes there with her lawyer and the police.
Kunal, Kailash and Shahina come to the door, the lawyer informs Kunal that he has court orders and that Kunal should hand over Shahina to Gargi. Kunal looks at the court orders and tells Shahina to go with Gargi and tells them that he will fight for custody of Shahina. The lawyer tells him that everyone knows about his illegitimate relationship with Anoushka and that sort of environment is not good for kids, so he will not get Shahina.
Shahina does not want to go, just then Anoushka comes there. The lawyer looks at Anoushka and tells Kunal, that he feels kids should not be exposed to such relationships. Gargi leaves with Shahina.
Kunal gets angry, throws the papers in his hand and says he will show then the truth about his and Anoushka's relationship.
