The episode starts off with Lamba Group of Industries. Rishab in his office when the peon brings in a box. He tells Rishab that Kunal Kharbanda was here and has given this mithai box for you. Rishab opens the box. Inside its Tanyas pics, and a note saying Congratulations, you are going to be a Dad soon.
At the hospital Priyanka is discharged and Rahul driving her home. They see a pregnant lady on the sidewalk and both of them feel sad. Rahul stops the car and tells Priya that he admires her patience, and even at this time she thinks and take cares of everyone in the house. Priya tells him that when we live as one family then we automatically share all the joys as well as the sorrows.
Meera calls Rahul and asks if Priyanka has been discharged, Rahul tells her yes and they are on their way home. Meera talks to Priya and tells her that the situation is not as worse as it should have been but is under control because of her.
Anoushka readies Priya's room, she removes all the toys and puts them in a suitcase.
Rahul and Priyanka arrive. Raman, Meera and Anoushka come outside to greet her, Rishab stays inside and looks on. Priyanka takes the ashirwad of Raman and Meera. Anoushka hugs Priyanka. On seeing Anoushka she remembers her promise Raman asks Priya to step in, but Meera says that she will first take Priyanka to the mandir. Rishab talking to himself says welcome back Priyanka Kharbanda.
At the mandir Meera ties a "taaweez" around Priyanka's arm. Priya asks Meera what its for, Meera says to ward of evil. Priya replies that evil is passed and gone. Meera tells her that the tears in her eyes have not even dried up and she sees a hopeful tomorrow.
Rishab and Kunal talk on the phone, its as usual their sarcastic talk. Rishab then asks Kunal for the address of the mithai shop as he liked the mithai. Kunal tells him that he will tell him Tanya' s address when he feels that Rishab is worthy of becoming a father. After their conversation is over. Rishab thinks that he will try and find out where Tanya is himself.
Priyanka and Rahul are in their room, Priyanka asks Rahul what he did with the poster, toys and books, Rahul tells her that he has put them in a safe place and will take them out again soon (meaning when she becomes pregnant again). Priyanka tells him that she does not like to run away from the pain and tells him to put those things back in the room. Rahul tells her that she can control and bear the pain but he cannot. Rahul tells her that I cried, but where are your tears. Rahul is sad and has tears in his eyes, Priyanka is also sad but controls her tears and smiles. Rahul looks at her and tells her that he would like to learn how she can smile even though feeling so much pain. Rahul goes to change. Priyanka takes a look around and on bed she sees two dolls and remembers how Rahul brought them for her calling them Bunty and Babli. She picks them up takes them in her arms and hugs them and cries. Rahul comes and looks at her hugging the dolls and crying.
The episode ends on Priyanka's face.
