Priyanka falls, there is fear and panic in Rishab eyes but he does not do anything, Kunal arrives at the farm house.
Rahul enters Lamba House, Anoushka opens the door, he asks about where Bhaiya is, she tells him she does not know. Rahul sees Meera sitting in a corner in the hall, Anou tells him not to disturb her as she wants to be left alone. Rahul asks about Priyanka, Anoushkha tells him that she thought Priya is with him as she is not in the house.
Kunal runs towards Rishab and asks him where Priyanka is as he just heard her scream, Rishab does not say anything, he look around and finds her on the ground, he quickly jumps the fence, runs to her, picks her up, and brings her towards his car. Rishab hides behind a haystack. Kunal tells him that he better pray nothing happens to his sister otherwise he will have to pay for it.. Kunal puts Priyanka in the car and takes her to the hospital.
Rahul calls Raman to find out about Priyanka and is told that she met with an accident and Kunal has taken her to the hospital. Meera asks Raman how all this happened, Raman tells her is may be because of Rishab and if Rishab is responsible he will be punished.
Rahul gets to City Hospital and inquires about Priyanka and is told by the doctor that she and both babies are in danger and the case is very complicated so Mr. Kharbanda has shifted her to Apollo Hospital. Rahul wonders why is it so serious if it was just a minor accident. Meera is praying. Rahul calls Raman and informs him that Priyanka is serious and he is going to Apollo Hospital and asks them to come there as well.
At the Apollo Hospital, Priyanka is being wheeled in the operation room, they stop Kunal outside, he looks at Priyanka and tells her that his sister should come back. Priyanka is wheeled into the operation room. Kunal pray and tells God that he must save Priyanka this time, and now he will protect Priyanka in the future.
Rahul comes and inquires about Priyanka from Kunal. Kunal stops him, Rahul tells him that Priyanka is his wife, they exchange hot words. Meera and Raman arrive.
Doctor comes out of the Op. Room, informs them that babies could not be saved. Priyanka is recovering. Kunal says that who maa jis kay bachey mar gaye hoon woh katrey say bahir kaisey ho sakti hai.
Anoushka finds out that Priyanka has lost both babies.
Ronnie brings Rishab home, Rishab is completely drunk, Anoushka asks Ronnie what happened between Rishab and Priyanka. Ronnie calls her bhabi and stammers in answering, he says he was not there so he does not know what happened. Anoushka questions Rishab on what and how things happened, but he is not capable of answering.
Rahul is stilling at the hospital remembering the day and moments he found out he was going to be a father, then informing Priyanka, shopping for the baby and cries.
Raman asks Kunal how his choti bahu is doing. Kunal tells him that she is his sister and they have lost all rights to call her their bahu.
Priyanka is moved to a room, Kunal goes in and closes the door, wanting not to let any Lambas in, Rahul stops the door from closing, Rahul tells Kunal that enough is enough, Priyanka is his wife, and as he has problems with his family, Rahul tells Kunal that he is leaving them, he has already sacrificed his 2 children, Priyanka after leaving the hospital will not go there as this time bhaiya has crossed all limits. Raman looks on without saying anything. Rahul leaves. Raman wants to go in to see Priyanka but Kunal closes the door without letting Raman in.

Raman asks Priyanka if for whatever happened is due to Rishab.
