Raman is playing chess alone while Rishab is pacing here & there, tensed. Raman says that usual he(Rishab) is not in tension but when he is, he doesn't look good. Rishab sit near Raman and says that when I think u people are tensed so its better that he stays quite and tensed himself. Rishab tells Raman that he used to tell him everything with hesitating, but now he has to think twice before telling him anything due to the "Haalat". Ever since he has lost the control over business people like Marva are also showing attitude to them.
Kailash on the other hand is also playing chess alone when Kunal comes out from his room and going out. Kailash asks him where he is going as he just came. Kunal says that he has double duty to look after.1 is the municipal commissioners duty and the other is the enmity. Kunal says that he is after Rishab because he is very dangerous for the business world. Rishab creates such situations that ultimately people have to shut down there business and then Rishab himself buys the company. Kailash insists that it should be the Kharbandas who should mark the destruction of the Lambas. Kunal says that let him destroy them 1st then they'll think to stamp it as what. Kunal leaves and Kailash talks to himself saying that Kunal has gone to destroy Rishab and here Check and Mate Raman Lamba(he plays a piece of chess). Raman on the other hand is talking to himself that "u always play a move and think that u won but this is not what happens". Rishab asks Raman whom he is talking to. Raman replies that he is talking to the won who can hear him without even sitting in front of him.
Kunal goes to Sanjay vij's house(father of Sanjay. Sanjay who was to marry Priya). Kunal tells him that he can help Sanjay to enter the Lamba family only if they become friends. They both shake hands (the title songs plays).
Sanjay is sitting in the restaurant with Juhi, trying to flirt with her. Juhi is very irritated. Just then Mr. his father calls him and tells him that the way he is trying to get Juhi will take too long. He'll till him how to get her quickly, all he has to do is bring Juhi home and then he'll tell him how to handle an insecure girl like her. Rahul smiles and then disconnects.
Priya is going in the car when she realizes that she hasn't call Rahul. She tries calling him and on the other end Rahul was trying to call Priya. Both disconnect and after a min. Priya gets a call. She thought it was Rahul but it was Shekhar's dr. Priya tells him that she doesn't know any Shekhar Sinha and tell him not to call her again. Dr. tells her that the police will contact her now and disconnects. Priya is scared.
Break
Priya re-calls the dr. and asks him not to involve police in this matter and admit Shekhar in a private nursing home and she'll pay for the dues. Dr agrees and tells her to come to Shekhar's house. Priya hesitates but then agrees. After disconnecting dr. turns around with an evil smile on his face. Shekhar was sitting with a small bandage on his head and had cards in his hand. Shekhar flips a queen from the cards and both laugh hysterically.
Natasha calls Rahul, Rahul informs her that he is almost there. Priya comes out of the building with the dr. thanking him and giving him the money. She is about to leave when she see Rahul entering the same building. She tries following him to find out what he was doing there but lost him. She is very confused and scared that maybe Shekhar called him also.
Break
Priya runs out towards her car and calls Anushka and asks her if by any chance does Rahul know about Shekhar and Anushka. Anushka says ofcourse not. Priya disconnects and is very confused that what is Rahul doing there. Episode ends on her face.
