Is it necessary to upload it in both YT & DM ? I can upload it in both but in YT, when i will upload the moment later it will be deleted due to copyright issues.

I made my video private on YT .. its view s blocked in some countries and also It tells me to add people who I want to share the VM with 😳 .. Is only a DM link fine ??
