WMM allows .wmv files only... as far as audio is concerned it accepts mp3 music.. WMM also may cause trouble if your PC's display adapters are at fault. Check your display adapter from the Device Manager.

the format is in .wmv...n where is the device manager supposed to be?

jhanvi - yeah its in .wmv format..i convert it to that format...
