Art needs to be inline with local sentiments and actually depict reality which is happening. You cant be like i wont hurt the sentiments of a particular community because they give the STSJ (Sar Tan Se Juda) threat but wholly insult others because they care to follow the laws.

I dount about vanga, In whatever intvs i saw he was more angry about the treatment given to kabir singh / arjun reddy. So he decided to even more brutal. It will be even more in Animal Park.
