Yes actually when Kunti comes to Karna, he says that he is given utmost respect in Kaurav clan. Whenever he enters, younger Kauravs stand up and bow to him.

Assuming he wasnt lying, seems they treated Karna as an elder brother (which could happen only if Duryodhan took him as a brother)
