The good and bad in vanshaj

So the show completed 2 months, it's natural that we have our judgements. So let's share what you like and dislike so far. It could be anything characters, story arc, plot, or actor.

Let me put mine.

Good

1. Nice casting. Every actor is doing a great job.
2. Majority of show so far is been logical. For instance- dhanraj become chairman is fair, as dj or yuvika is still not ready. They didn't go for any 3rd person for a shock value. Dhanraj promoted from ceo to chairman convincing for me as a audience.
3. Makers did a great job in piquing interest of viewers with thriller and mystery plot and undertone.
4. Catchy BGM and grand set.
5. Despite so many characters, there is a balance between the key characters screen space except the few.
6. The veteran characters and the actors playing them are fabulous.

Bad

1. I find yuvika's character one dimensional. (May be it grow in future). More than her solving the situation, the outer forces help her more, or the situation is designed in a way to make her hero.
2. Dj has the potential to be a layered grey character. But makers are completely making him black that too a typical cliche villain who don't even succeeds.🤣
3. Too much of prem glorification. Its irritating to see everytime prem this prem that.
4. So less screen space to Neil. No revelation about his backstory. I am doubting is he really an important character or not.
5. 75th anniversary episode was dragged. It could've ended in 2 days.
6. I like db, but his yuvika fanboying is irritating to watch.

Okay, do share your opinion good and bad aspects of vanshaj

So far everything is good in Vanshaj. Yuvika's character I guess they are purposely showing that because it's Yuvika's journey to learn & unlearn stuffs. To show DJ's insecurity they need to glorify Yuvika so that's also ok. Everyone is flawed, they need to showcase those flaws.

The only criticism that I have at the moment is, they are not giving enough screen space to Neil.

Yes I know they have a huge cast & crew, they need to fit everyone in short time frame but I do think it's high time they needs to increase his screen time & most importantly they needs to air a promo of Neil 😆

You said share your opinions and shared all of my critisisms of the show as well....some things that i don't like is;

No consequences; If Yuvika was going to get scot free after the hearing of internal comitee then why drag it for 5 episodes? They could've ended it in 2 epispdes

DJ used to be grey , now he's the typical villian who manhandles his wife , don't like this change in his character...

1. Nice casting. Every actor is doing a great job. Yeah, you can see the chemistry between every actor, DJ-yuvika, Neil-yuvika, the tension between Karthik and Neil feels so real, then Dhanraj-Bhumi, DB-MS, they all look so great onscreen

3. Makers did a great job in piquing interest of viewers with thriller and mystery plot and undertone. That’s what I said in other forum that this show is too predictable yet unpredictable, that every time we think we are right, we are proved wrong
4. Catchy BGM and grand set. 🙌
5. Despite so many characters, there is a balance between the key characters screen space except the few. That could be balance if the channel gives an hour instead of half an hour to the show
6. The veteran characters and the actors playing them are fabulous. Nastik has done good job with the casting, they always do😆

Bad

1. I find yuvika's character one dimensional. (May be it grow in future). More than her solving the situation, the outer forces help her more, or the situation is designed in a way to make her hero. It’s a gradual thing, her character will learn new things after every new experience, for now it seems she still hasn’t learn few things but then I guess it’s because who she as a person is, she thinks of everyone’s welfare so she thinks nobody is out there for her blood.
2. Dj has the potential to be a layered grey character. But makers are completely making him black that too a typical cliche villain who don't even succeeds.🤣 That’s the most annoying thing with Swastik, they don’t understand the basic thing that there is so much which exists between blank and white and the world calls it grey, it’s not something new that they can’t handle it, most of itv villains are grey🤦‍♀️
3. Too much of prem glorification. Its irritating to see everytime prem this prem that. He is dead and you don’t talk bad about dead people so may be that’s why
4. So less screen space to Neil. No revelation about his backstory. I am doubting is he really an important character or not. I think they are doing this so people don’t think the show of as a typical love story, they will give him all the attention during his track

I don't like the way Yuvika gets scared so easily everytime she faces a problem. Why was she scared during the trial? She is not here for Mahajan group. She is here to prove her papa's innosense. Instead of getting nailed she could demand reopening of her papa's case. If her papa is innocent then what is the need to be scared. Saarey character apne aap bahar aa jaata. Isn't this her ultimate goal? Even now. Who cares woh cafe jiye yah maarey? None of these are her target.🙄 I want a brave, daring Yuvika. Not this rolu Yuvika. Always pressed by everyone including Kartik.That guy left her when she came to Mahajan. Now why is he back and why is she so sorry all the time? I want fire in her. No matter what villain comes she needs to stay strong. No tear, no becharapaan or slaps on a goon's face. May be some clever tricks by her like Bhumi did with her MIL.
