I can understand Vani's anger but IMHO she overestimates her capability in saving Sara and is refusing to see the risk he was actually in the night before.

Swami reacted with gratitude the way any normal parent would and his frustration at Rani thinking as Vani's sister instead of Sara's mother mirrors mine.

Discuss away friends, this may be the last in a long time we see a united VR, your predictions are welcome on how Rani changes her tune and goes against her God.

Oh yes, did you all notice - behind Vani in today's episode there was a picture of Vani and Rani like in the title logo on the wall. 😃

It is hard to digest the character change in Vani. She has so far been shown as a clear thinker, who looks at every angle before determining her stand. So for her to be so adamant in her stance about Gautam's wedding is unconvincing. I think the writers have failed in their job with this abrupt character change. I think it is time Vani eats humble pie. Don't forget the Dimple matter is still unresolved-she is in for another shock once that is revealed!

thnks 4 the updates shree.sema tension filled epi.i think vani has overconfidence in sara issue.thats the main reason 4 her outburst.poor gautham,i cant tolerate when vani said gautham is a frauud.i thnk she failed to understand her own son or there is any other reason for this type of vani's behaviour.anyways, lets c hw director going 2 justify tis issue.

Somehow I am not convinced with Vani's over confidence..

Agree with all of you. We all saw how real the threat to Sara was. So Vani's overconfidence does border on ego and pride more than anything else. And Swami is right. Vani kept Sara safe but it is Gautham who redeemed Sara's life and returned him to them completely. If not for Gautham, Sara would have had to remain in hiding and be separated from his family indefinitely. Vani didn't like being challenged and she couldn't accept that what she had arranged for Sara could have been anything less than perfect. But the reality is that there is no guarantee she could have saved Sara in time. And Swami is right that Gautham being Vani's blood acted in such a way necessary to secure Sara's life. Too bad that instead of seeing it as Gautham following in her footsteps, she chose to see it as he going against her, challenging her authority and belittling her efforts. This time, Vani definitely has let her ego and pride rule her mind. (And I'm secretly enjoying it! *rubs hands together gleefully*) As for Rani, my usual complaint: Please woman, for heaven's sake, just once think and react like Sara's mother instead of Vani's sister!! Not seeing the risk your son was in does not excuse your blind faith and misplaced (in this situation) trust in your sister. At least take a moment to digest the reality of the danger to Sara as described by Swami, Gautham and even Kathir. Now I'm waiting impatiently for Monday to see what leads to the promo scenes. But overall, a tensed up few episodes await us this week and once again, Nithya Ka gets to see through the conclusion of the track. Just too bad that this time it's the impending separation of the sisters that await her written update. Nithya Ka, a tight huggy for you in anticipation of Monday's episode.
